Deepen your application of EFT in client work
This intensive 8 half-day training is designed to help participants deepen their understanding and application of EFT in their client work. Building on the foundations of EFT Level 1, it brings together brief lectures, video demonstrations, experiential practice exercises in small groups and discussion-based learning.
It offers a rich experiential learning environment to support therapists in honing their EFT skills for deeper client engagement and therapeutic change.

Level 2 introduces
- Therapist experiential response modes
- Client modes of engagement and EFT case formulation
- Narrative retelling of difficult or traumatic experiences
- Relational dialogue for alliance difficulties
- Creation of meaning for meaning protests
Focusing and advanced chairwork
The training places a strong emphasis on Focusing and advanced chairwork, covering:
- Focusing with difficult or painful experiences
- Clearing a space for overwhelming or chaotic experiences
- Two-chair enactments for self-interruption splits
- Two-chair conflict work for depression and anxiety
- Compassionate self-soothing for painful self-states
- Empty-chair work for unfinished business
Dr. Juliette Becking
Juliette Becking is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, and the founder of EFTiN, the Emotion Focused Therapy Institute Netherlands, started in 2019. She has been a Person-centred Experiential psychotherapist and trainer for decades.
She began her EFT training with Robert Elliott and Jeanne Watson around 2008 and, after intensive training and supervision by the EFT originators, became an international EFT trainer. She was nominated as an isEFT Board member in 2017.

Who can register

Cancellation & refund policy
The Emotion-Focused Therapy Institute India (EFTii) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trainings at their sole discretion. In the event that a training is cancelled or rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid or you may request to transfer payment to another training.
The Emotion-Focused Therapy Institute India (EFTii) reserves the right to deny acceptance of any applicant, and to terminate participation of a participant from all or part of the training if the behaviour of the participant interferes with the learning experience of other participants. In such a case, the Institute will refund fees paid for portions of the training that the participant will not attend as a result of their termination. The terminated participant will not be eligible for a Certificate of Completion for the training.
Refund for all trainings and events
Any cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the start of the training in order to receive a full refund (minus the administrative fee of 8000 INR). This will be provided only for cancellations received in writing via email (contact@eftii.com) at least 30 days before the training starts. Refunds are not possible less than 30 days prior to the start of the training regardless of personal circumstances. The cancellation policy is final and non-negotiable.
Transfer to another participant
Registrations are transferable to another person when a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice is provided to EFTii in writing over email before the start of the training. Transfer of registration will incur an administrative fee of 8000 INR. Please ensure that the person who the registration is transferred to meets the eligibility criteria. In case a participant can attend only a part of the training, transfer of the remainder of the registration to another person is not possible.
Attendance for part of a training event
To receive a certificate of full completion of Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 trainings accredited by isEFT, participants are required to attend all components of the training on all days.
In case the participant misses any part of the training, the training will need to be completed again to receive a certificate of completion. In the case that the participant decides to repeat the training after having missed some parts, they will have to wait for the next training, register again and pay the full fee. There will be no refund for the day(s) or part of the day that was missed.
