These terms apply to everyone who registers for a training or event run by the Emotion-Focused Therapy Institute India (“EFTii”, “we”, “us”) through www.eftii.com. By registering or paying for a training, you agree to them.
Registration and eligibility
- Each training lists its eligibility requirements on its page. Please check them before registering. If you are unsure, write to us at contact@eftii.com first.
- Your place is confirmed once we have received full payment, or the first instalment where paying in parts is offered. We send a confirmation by email within 7 days of registration.
- We may decline a registration that does not meet the eligibility requirements. In that case we refund the fees paid in full.
Fees and payment
- Fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% is added at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
- Where paying in parts is offered, the balance must reach us by the date shown on the training page. If it does not, we may release your place under our cancellation policy.
Delivery of trainings
- Trainings are delivered live online on Zoom, unless the training page says otherwise. Nothing is shipped.
- We email the joining link and any preparation material before the first session. You need a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space, with your camera on, for the experiential exercises.
- Session dates and times are in Indian Standard Time (IST). If we have to change a session, we tell you by email as early as we can.
Cancellations, refunds and transfers
Cancellations, refunds and transfers are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Certificates
A certificate of completion is issued only to participants who attend all sessions of a training, as described on each training page and in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Conduct and confidentiality
- Trainings include practice with personal material. Everything participants share during a training is confidential and must not be repeated or recorded outside it.
- Recording sessions, in any form, is not allowed.
- We may end a participant’s place if their behaviour interferes with other participants’ learning, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Training materials
Slides, handouts, videos and other materials are for your own learning. Please do not copy, share or publish them without written permission from EFTii and the trainer.
Liability
Trainings are professional education. They are not therapy and do not replace your own supervision or clinical judgement. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the training concerned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you register applies to your registration.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
